Smeared and Smudged & StampinSanity

My tag today is for my DT piece at StampinSanity and for the 31 Days of Halloween at Smeared and Smudged.
I have used a dark blue card stock which I put stars on with a white pen the image from StampinSanity is coloured with promarkers  I have punched a hole in the top and 3 along the bottom of the tag and put in some eyelets and dark blue ribbon to finish. Don't forget to visit all the other participants in the 31 Days of Halloween to be in with a chance of a great prize.
