Welcome to day 27 of the 31 days of Halloween at Smeared and Smudged. I can't belive it is nearly all over. Today I have a card to show you. The image I have used is from Rick St Dennis which I coloured with promarkers the sentiment I done on the computer card and ribbon is from my stash.
