Smeared and Smudged Day 22

Hi All

It is now day 22 of 31 Days of Halloween with Smeared and Smudged  it will soon be over for another year. Today I have a card to share with you. Do you like him I think he is awesome and if you hop on over to Ike's blog

The image is coloured with promarkers and the background paper is from Crafty Chaos. The ribbon is from my stash and the fence is punched with a MS punch kindly lent to me by BD.
