Welcome to day 4 of The Smeared and Smudged 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop. I hope you are enjoying it as much as me. Today I have a altered item to share with you. It was a small CD holder.

I first covered the out side with cork. The inside was lined with red card. I have used shapes on the sides and top that were cut on the Grand Calibur and the images on the back were embossed on it as well. All the images on the sides and top and some inside were all given to me by LB. The skull on the back wall is from Smeared Ink and was cut and layered 6 times. The 2 skulls and coffin with mummy were made with modeling clay the skulls were a ice cube mould and the coffin one for chocolate. The little orange pumpkin you may remember from last year which was made for me by one of my Granddaughters. I have also added some flys, a spider and a little heap of maggots. There is a sword standing against the back wall which is a pendent. At the front is a small collection of bottles and I have also added 2 brooms. The small book you saw on day 1. To finish I added gold braid to the edge.
I hope you like my offering for today. Have fun hopping around all the other fantastic participants blog roll in my side bar as always.
I shall enter my project into the following challenges:-
Take care see you for day 5
Hugs Jane xxx
