Delicious Doodles

Hi All

This is my project for Delicious Doodles this week our theme is "Diamonds are Forever".  It is the Queens Diamond Jubilee on 5th June so get your bling on. I decided to make a scrapbook page. The background paper and words are  from GR8 Crafts 4U   http://www.gr8crafts4u.blogspot.co.uk/  who is our sponsor this week. The picture of the Tower of London was off the internet and the Ravens are from Delicious Doodles " The Watcher". I added some black jems for bling and a ribbon. Hope you like it.

ForeverNight

Hi All

First I must give a big apology to Jamie at ForeverNight as I should have put this up on Friday, but I forgot.

The sponsor this week is Bugaboo and I picked Deacon with wings. The theme was also a colour challenge the colours being Black White and Grey.

I made a tag. Deacon was coloured using ProMarkers. I distressed the edges of the card with black ink and added black and white ribon.

Smeared and Smudged Blog Hop

Hi All

It's time again for the member blog hop at Smeared and Smudged the theme this month is "Confessions Smeared in Ink". The idea is to make a project to show something that you never told your mum.  My mum is no longer with us so it would not have mattered what I confessed as she won't see it,  but my daughter looks at my blog so could not confess anything to bad lol. So I shall confess the normal things, smoked to young,  drank to young and yes did the other to young as well. So you will never know what my main confession would have been sorry.

 I have used a Smeared Ink image coloured with pro markers. Can't remember the make of the moon stamp or the bats sorry,  the stars and bats in the distance I doodled myself. The words say " I'm a bit of a devil inside".

Smudgy Antics

Hi All

Delicious Doodles

Hi All

Its challenge time again at Delicious Doodles http://deliciousdoodleschallenge.blogspot.co.uk/. This time we want you to try something you have been a bit unsure about doing. I decided to use my Melting Pot. I bought it some time ago but have never used it in case I did it wrong. So this challenge was what I needed to make me use it. I decided to use Pegasus from Delicious Doodles I printed it out several times then cut out in the end I managed about 5 layers. I then dipped it into my melting pot. When Pegasus was dry I glued him onto a small bag and added some bows, gems etc. I hope you like my first attempt at using the melting pot and will come on nover to Delicious Doodles and join us .

GR8 Crafts 4U

Hi All

ForeverNight

Hi All

I have reposted my Altered Item for the challenge at ForeverNight as the challenge did not run on April 20th due to computer problems.

Here is my DT piece for the challenge at Forever Night http://forevernightchallenges.blogspot.co.uk/  Our theme this week is  "Anything Altered". I have altered a Dominoe and a box to put it in. The image I have used is from Delicious Doodles http://deliciousdoodleschallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ . She is coloured with promarkers. The background on the Dominoe was made with Alcohol Inks. When finished I attached the dominoe to a piece of chain and made it into a key ring/bag charm. I used the same image on the box lid and added 4 black gems. I used ribbon around the side of the box. I coated the dominoe and box lid with pva. I hope you like my altered piece.

Smeared & Smudged Guest DT Challenge

I have made the fat book page above for the guest DT challenge at Smeared and Smudged. http://smearedandsmudged.ning.com/group/thechallenger/forum/topics/april-guest-designer-challenge The challenge is "Zombie's".  I have used the Mona Lisa Zombie from Smeared  Ink. She is coloured with promarkers. I first glued a piece of orange paper to my fat book page, distressed the edges with black ink. The back ground paper is from Deviant Art. I finished with some black peeloffs.  Hope you like her.

Delicious Doodles

Haunted Design House

I have made this card for the challenge at HauntedDesignHouse http://haunteddesignhouse.blogspot.co.uk/ who's theme is Homage to Hitchcock.
This is my first attempt at digital art. The background, lace,  flower, flock of bats in corner and the picture of Hitchcock were all added digitally. The other birds were stamped on and I added a diecut birdcage and a piece of black ribbon tied at the side. Hope you like my first attempt and I hope I will get better the more I do.
