Haunted Design House

Hi All

I have made this card for the challenge at Haunted Design House who's theme this week is " I was framed " I have useda image from Dilly Beans which is called "Friday with Skull No:2"
She is coloured with promarkers. The black card, spotted paper and spotted ribbon is from my stash.
