Tue Taggers

This is my card for the challenge at Tue Taggers. The
theme this week was to use water,sea or boats. I
decided to make my image inot a picture hanging
on a wall. The image was coloured with water colours, I
then made the frame and put a thin layer of PVC glue over
the picture to give it a bit of a shine. Card and paper were
from my stash.

    Great take on our theme this week Jane... thank you for sharing with us at Tuesday Taggers.... next week try to get it done a little earlier and wait to link it.... i comment on 3's and 9's.... so go for any other number and you'll get nice people... not sarky gits like me!!!!
