Macabre Monday Challenge

Hi All

I have made this card for the challenge at Macabre Monday who's theme is
 "Kunously Korroded with KennyK". I have used a KennyK image which is coloured with promarkers. I made the background paper with ink and water. The edges of the paper were torn and the edge of the card base was distressed.

KennyK Challenge

Stamp in Sanity

Hi All

Oh dear I'm a day late with my DT piece for StampinSanity slapped wrists for me. Our theme this week is "Clean & Simple ". I decided to just use a StampinSanity verse which I inked over with red ink I also inked around the base card then I just added a ribbon.

This is my card for the challenge at Digi's With Attidude! Who's theme this week is "Father Day Cards". I have used the free digi for June from the range Zoo-a-Tudes she is called Gina Giraffe. She is coloured with promarkers the grass paper is from my stash, the sky I made with ink, sponge and kitchen roll.

Smeared&Smudged Blog Hop

Hi All

It's time again for the Members Blog Hop at Smeared and Smudged. Our theme this month was to use   a natural element.  There had to be some sort of natural element that we found outside included in our project. It can be a stick, a rock, a pressed flower, a leaf, a bone, etc. The only criteria is that you cannot use a replica  Also,  there needed to be a stamped image (rubber or digi) somewhere. I have used a Smeared Ink Digi stamp that I coloured with promarkers. I distressed a frame and used a background paper that I made myself with Marbling Ink. I made a leaf in clay that I also coloured with promarkers the natural elements I used were some flowers and leaves from my garden.

Macabre Monday challenge

Hi All

I have made this card for the challenge at Macabre Monday who's theme this week is "Pleasure and Pain".
You had to use something you loved and something you hated. I really did not have to think very hard on what I was going to do. From the very start I have hated leaving a white border round my images so decided that I was going to start to cut them out even if they were very fussy cutting. I was not very good at the beginning but kept trying to now when I feel my cutting out is passable. So for my pleasure part of the challenge I have used fussy cutting and for the pain I have left a white border.

Burtonesque Dolls

Hi All

Today I have made a project for the challenge over at Burtonesque Dolls who this week are sponsored by one of my favourite digi company's  Strange Skin.
The theme is  "Monsters Have Taken Over The Factory".
I have used a Strange skin image of the Invisible Man and have made a choc bar that makes you invisible. I also made a advertising poster to go with my chocolate bar. All are coloured with promarkers. Hope you like them.

Dragon Dream Challenge

Hi All

Today I have made a tag for the challenge at Dragon Dream who's theme this week is "Time Piece".
I started with black card stock the base paper is from - Busy Scrappers Solution - "Ephemera" as were the words and other cut out. Sorry don't know what company the clock stamp comes from, it was coloured with promarkers. I finished off with 2 clock charms and a piece of gold ric- rac. I also distressed the edge of the black card .

TryitonTue

Hi All

I have made this project for the challenge at TryitonTue whose theme is Dream and to alter something. I decided to use this small bird nest box I had. I first painted it with white emulsion and then made the sky with a piece of kitchen roll, sponge and blue emulsion paint. I made the flowers and the birds out of clay. BlackDragons twin girls helped me to colour the flowers with promarkers then LittleBlackDragon told me where to place them. I was not going to use the bird sitting on the peg as I was not happy with it, but they said I must, so who am I  not do as I am told by two 6 year olds lol.

I have made 2 projects for you a bookmark and a coffin with clay skulls.
The bookmark uses a image from SmearedInk which was coloured with promarkers I added 2 charms to the ribbon to finish. The skulls on top of the coffin were made from clay using a mould. I also added colour to these with promarkers. The same image was added to the coffin.
